Application and Use

Apply sunscreen generously before sun exposure. Applying too little will significantly reduce the level of protection. Reapply sunscreen to maintain protection. This is especially important after swimming, drying off, and perspiring.

Avoid intense midday sun. Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight and use sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF greater than 25) and protective clothing. Even sunscreens with high sun protection do not offer complete protection against UV rays. Do not stay in the sun too long, even if you use sunscreen. Any sunburn causes lasting damage to the skin and should be avoided. Excessive sunbathing poses a serious health risk. Allow the sunscreen to absorb completely. Avoid contact with textiles and surfaces – permanent staining is possible. Permanent contact stains or changes may form even after the product has been completely absorbed. Avoid contact with the eyes.
